NIKOS MICHALITSIANOS
He was born in Piraeus, Greece. From 1987-1992 he studied Art at ASFA (School of Fine Arts, Athens) under the instruction and guidance of Master N. Kessanlis. He finished his studies having received scholarships by IKY (State Scholarship Foundation) for 4 years, and got his degree with distinction, GPA :10/10. He has taught and exhibited his artwork in various galleries in Greece as well as in other European countries. In 1999, after being invited by the Binghamton University USA, he organized an Art exhibition and he also planned and ran a workshop with senior students of Painting. A range of his paintings can be seen in the Collection of the National Gallery of Greece, the Gallery of Athens Municipality, the Vorres Museum, in several private galleries not only in Greece but also abroad.
